Who we are
Verkade Apps is a mobile app studio based in the Netherlands. We design and develop apps for business clients and also offer our own consumer products.
Data we process
We only process personal data needed for contact, service delivery, support or legal obligations. This may include your name, business contact details, correspondence and information you provide voluntarily. Processing may differ by app and is explained in that app or its product information where relevant.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer questions, perform agreements, provide support and keep our services and products safe and dependable. Depending on the situation, processing is based on consent, performance of a contract, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We only share data with service providers when needed to deliver our services, or when required by law. We retain data no longer than needed for its purpose or legally required.
Web analytics
We use privacy-friendly web analytics from Umami to understand aggregated website usage. It does not use cookies, cross-site tracking or personal data.
Security and your rights
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact info@verkadeapps.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Children, changes and contact
Some of our apps may be used by children or families. We design these products with privacy in mind and do not knowingly collect children’s personal data without an appropriate legal basis or required consent. The current version of this notice is published here.
Terms of Use
Scope
These terms apply to this website and Verkade Apps’ own apps and digital products. Work for business clients is also governed by the separately agreed proposal, contract and any additional terms.
Use
Use our website and products lawfully and responsibly. You may not bypass security, disrupt systems, attempt unauthorised access, or copy, distribute or reverse-engineer parts without permission, to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Designs, text, images, software, trademarks and other content belong to Verkade Apps or their respective owners. Use beyond normal personal use or agreed business use requires prior permission.
App Store and purchases
Downloads and purchases through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms. Availability, pricing and features may vary by product and country.
Availability and liability
We take care to provide reliable and current products, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
